20 years of age, and I still feel like i'm 12. Curiousity wise, not mentally.  Thank god..

Ever since I was a child climbing the pine trees and "ghost hunting" in the woods behind my neighbor's houses in Washington State, I've had this strong desire to look off into the distance and tell myself that eventually, I would go that far.

As a kid, my vacations consisted of dirty clothes that smelled of campfire, s'mores, and clinging to my mom's back as we crossed rivers too big for me to pass through on my own. I may not have appreciated this lifestyle then, as much as I do now.. But because of my childhood, and wonderful parents, I've grown into the person I am now. I've seen and done things that I am proud to say not many people get the chance to do or have any idea how to begin.

Growing up, I was surrounded by my parent's wonderful taste in music such as Dave Matthew's Band, Led Zeppelin, Tori Amos, and many many more artists who continue to give me inspiration. My dad was always having his 'recording friends' over to jam on his tunes which was something I really looked up to.. Inevitably, I took up the guitar and began writing my own songs. Music makes up approximately.. 95% of my days whether i'm physically playing it, or just singing a tune at work. It's a non-stop concert in my head which might drive some people nuts.. But I dig it.

Anyway.. my next adventure is thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, so please do follow my journey! <3
